I ran this race for two reasons: to qualify for a better corral in lrm and for a weekend getaway. I was pleasantly surprised at how enjoyable this race was. It was very small in terms of participants and swag but it made up for it with the ease of the course and the beautiful view of Fort Worth.

Since this was my first, I probably have fonder memories than I should.
Positives: easy course, very well executed, great after race party atmosphere.
Negatives: not much to look at even though it took place in a beautiful city.
It is a shame that they don’t host this in Little Rock anymore. I’d love to revisit this race.
