It rained a good bit on race day but it was still an enjoyable race! The course varied from starting on a college campus, through neighborhoods, the streets of Huntsville, the Botanical Gardens, and finishing inside the expo. The post race food was top notch with 2 kinds of soup and chicken tenders just to name a few things. The medals, long sleeve t-shirts, and race swag were high quality. I’m coming back next year to run the marathon. I did the hat trick challenge as well and enjoyed that as well! I love, love, love my hat!!
