Well organized but the fact they did not give out any gels made a big difference. Had to carry about a half kilo (1 pound) of gels.
This was not as flat as I thought. Crossing the bridge the second time seemed like summiting Everest. There is one straight stretch along a canal (kms 11-14) where it’s so narrow, you can’t pass.
The crowds were amazing.
