this is a very well organized race with great swag. It’s a fast course with solid crowd support and great volunteers. It also has great post race food with pizza, BBQ, yogurt, chocolate milk and more and nice recovery area. Just a wonderful race and highly recommend running in it.

this is a great race that is well supported and planned out. good post race food, nice long sleeve race shirt and a fun course. The only hills are miles 4 to 7, than it gets flatter and easier. A great race to run fast with lot’s of volunteers. And the pacers do a great job helping you reach your goals.

Decent crowd support, really good crowd at the finish line. Well run race so you have to worries on race day. just a couple decent hills, but overall and nice course that isn’t too hard. Great post race food with pizza, bbq pork, yogurt, chocolate milk, soup, chips and fruit. Nice long sleeve shirt for swag. Best Marathon in Iowa. I’ll do this race every year if I’m free.
