A demanding course--but doable. Tremendous amount of elevation change. Fantastic scenery. Temperatures can vary a lot day by day so be prepared for potentially very hot conditions. I'd recommend electrolyte … MORE
A demanding course–but doable. Tremendous amount of elevation change. Fantastic scenery. Temperatures can vary a lot day by day so be prepared for potentially very hot conditions. I’d recommend electrolyte pills to supplement as sports drink and goos in the needed amounts might overwhelm the stomach.
