I have participated in other Flying Pig weekend events before, but never the marathon. This was my first ever marathon and I really couldn’t have asked for a better first marathon! You get to see so many beautiful sites around the city and the course is challenging but not overwhelming. It was very hot and humid on race day, but the race officials and volunteers were top tier with the on-course support. Cannot wait for my next Flying Pig Marathon!!
