It rained and was a little chilly but the runs through the treed neighborhoods really made this race worth it. We parked by the start line which was .75 miles from the finish. No gels on the course. My novice runner friends were none too pleased with me. Friendly spectators and shots along the way. Plenty to eat afterwards.

Very flat course. Really cool to see the prairie dogs popping out of their holes as they were running. No gels, no snacks after the race except a banana. Friendly organizers. Felt more like a run in the park rather than a race if you want a more low key low stress situation

-Loved the run through the town that started at the ferry drop off
