The race is a LOT of fun, always very positive, upbeat and creative in its execution. The scenery in Moab is amazing so I always plan to arrive early and leave a bit later to enjoy the town. The boat ride for the relay is also a big treat, though you may want to bring a light jacket no matter which leg you will be running as the boat goes fast and it gets chilly!
