The course runs through some very nice old historic neighborhoods overlooking the James River. There are also a couple nice bridge crossings. Be prepared for hills though, there is about … MORE
The course runs through some very nice old historic neighborhoods overlooking the James River. There are also a couple nice bridge crossings. Be prepared for hills though, there is about 550 ft of elevation gain. Due to the large turnout (sold out) parking was a challenge for those who did not arrive early.
