My husband and I ran this race together for the first time this year and we had a blast. The weather was a bit on the hot side this year but all of the costumes and partying makes the run fly by. We took home tons of goodies from the finish line festival which was surprising considering the turnout this year. We will surely be back next year

I have been running this race for 9 yrs now. The half marathon distance is the sweet spot. Challenging but easy enough where you can still enjoy yourself after. The scenery in Little Rovk isn’t the best though the people are. Cool perks for this race are large awesome medals and lipgloss close to the finish.

This race is more of a traveling party. Costumes and plenty of spectators. The course was slightly challenging with a few hills but your pace is really set by the large crowd. Faster runners do have the option of beginning first. This was my first time but I’m planning on making the trip again.
