Awesome course support, hilly and at elevation. Fantastic views, friendly people. Fantastic overall. Wouldn’t do this particular Trifecta again, but glad I did it. I am a flatlander and the elevation made the course more difficult for me. I would highly recommend this event.

Avoid this race, the race director didn’t even bother to show up at the event. No official start line, just go!!! No medals at the finish, took 3-4 months to receive medals and had to email the race director if we wanted one. The race director was nasty in her response to my request for a medal. The water stops were mostly understaffed and if there was water, there were no cups. This race is one to avoid. There are many other races in Rhode Island. Although the race director wants you to run her race because it’s woman owned she orders her medals from China instead of purchasing locally.
