I have run many road half marathons and Kaiser Half in San Francisco is definitely the most beautiful of all of them. It is a very-well organized event, the weather is really nice most of the time, and the course is not hard, just need to be ready for the last half-mile uphill to the finish line. Plenty of aid stations with volunteers everywhere. The sweat bag station is extremely efficient at the start and finish.
