Cape Cod Marathon & Half

The course was great with a mix of scenic water views and beach houses, rolling hills and flat miles with plenty of volunteers and aid stations. I would have liked to see more on course photographers or even to guarantee that all participants get a finish line photo. Unfortunately after looking at every finish line photo, there was not one of myself. It would also have been easier to have the photos sorted by bib number rather than time of day; not sure if this is something the photo service has control over or the race team! Additional signage of where to park at the start area and where the finish line refreshments were would have been helpful. It was also hard for family and friends to track me without a tracking app: the ASICS app recommended by the race team would have used up phone battery and was not ideal to have running on my phone during the race. Other thing I enjoyed were the post race cider doughnuts, foil blanket, and medal at the finish!
