I love that the obstacles are no where else but Grit. You make think why slingshots, well if you’re busy running your butt off and finally get to that point. You’re not the steadiest anymore. Fellow racers, volunteer and anyone involved are always amazing.

The people are always encouraging and super friendly. The vibe of everyone around you is contagious. The only complaint it 2 volunteers were less than nice. Which isn’t really their fault, everyone has bad days but one of them was the first person I came in contact with and it just leaves a bad taste at the start but once I got into the whole race area the vibes and people were AMAZING!!
