The YMCA mission and focus is to improve the health and well-being of those in our community. Our health intervention and education programs serve individuals with cancer, prediabetes, high blood pressure, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, arthritis and childhood obesity. You can support participants striving to improve health and well-being by making a donation to one or more of our programs.
