5K Course
Course is flat, paved and will be well marked. The water stop is at mile 1.55.
Half Marathon Course
The 1/2 is USATF certified, course #FL23013JK. Course is flat, paved and will be well marked. Water, Gatorade, and GU energy gels will be provided at the aid stations approximately every 2 miles. 10K split times will be recorded and provided to participants at the conclusion of the race. Porta-potties will be located near the 10K mark.
Course has a three hour and thirty minute (3:30:00) time limit. This will require you to run or run/walk an average mile pace of 16:01 minute mile. If you go over this time, you will not receive an official time.
