Trinity Free Clinic Run for Wellness

The 18th annual Trinity Free Clinic Run for Wellness is a family-friendly race with a competitive edge! Whether you are looking for a great course for your personal record or a family fun walk/run, we can promise you a great race on a brisk October morning.   

The Run for Wellness combines disposable chip timing with outstanding race amenities, a USATF Certified course, and a festival atmosphere that welcomes runners of all ages and abilities. You will enjoy a fully paved course that marries the best of a road run with the beauty of a trail run! The 5K course winds through the Village of Mt. Carmel neighborhood, while the 10K course uses the beautiful Monon Trail. 

Looking for a challenge? Run both courses for a 15K run! This is a great opportunity for a mid-distance training run before your late fall half and full marathons!
