Trailblazer 5K

The annual Scout Day Fun Run hosts a community 5K Race/Walk open to all youth and adults! Enjoy the Peninsula’s beautiful Fall weather with a sprint in Leo J. Ryan Park in Foster City!

Youth can compete in a timed 5K in two divisions based on age! Scouts BSA youth can also run a timed mile to fulfill the Personal Fitness Merit Badge requirement!

Adults race, run or walk along with your family & friends!

The Pacific Skyline Council, Boy Scouts of America administers the BSA’s Scouting program on the SF Peninsula, supporting over 4,500 youth with the help of over 1.700 dedicated volunteers. Since 1910, the Boy Scouts of America has provided its values-based, outdoor-oriented youth leadership development program to millions of youth – helping them to lead, take responsibility, and to think about causes greater than themselves.

Proceeds from this event help to support youth leadership programs and our ScoutReach program, which provides free programming for low-income youth on the Peninsula.
