The 10 is exactly that, 10 miles of trails through First Landing State Park here in Virginia Beach to benefit the SEAL Foundation. While the swag was next to nothing (no medal), the trails, water stations, support from volunteers, and after party was awesome. This is a fairly new race, and I believe after a few more seasons will be well on it’s way to being a great race! The inclines and terrain are definitely not for the faint of heart. The best was how everyone waited for every last runner to cross the line!

The 10 is exactly that, 10 miles of trails through First Landing State Park here in Virginia Beach to benefit the SEAL Foundation.
