Sweat, Swat ‘n Swear

Come join Sweat, Swat ‘n Swear in the Withlacoochee State Forest’s Citrus Tract, near Inverness, FL. This area of the forest offers beautiful scenery and some challenging FL hills! The Sweat, Swat ‘n Swear offers 50K, 25K, & 10K Distances…so there is a distance for everyone! Run as an individual or put together a TEAM of 3. (Each team member runs one of the distances. The team member’s finishing times will be added together, for an overall team time.)

50K start: 6:30am
25k start: 7:30am
10K start: 8:00am

There will be 4 manned aid stations and 2 hydration stations on the route, approximately 5-6 miles apart. Optional Drop Bags will be brought out to AS#3. You’ll hit them at mile 14.5 and 28. Runners are required to carry some type of container for fluids. Race Cut-off time is 12 Hours.

Every registered entrant will receive a t-shirt and post-race food and drinks. Every finisher will receive a finishers award and there will also be overall Male and Female Awards, Masters Male and Female Awards, 1st place Age Group Awards and Overall Team Award.

Camping!
Come camp with us on Saturday and Sunday nights. There will be a pasta dinner and a Firefly 5K Fun Run for Saturday campers. And you’ll want to enjoy the cool swimming hole after the race and camp with us Sunday night as well. There are more details about this cool option when you register for the race.
