    I wanted to run this race because of the ocean side course. It was stunning – perfect weather and my best running buddy (my daughter) made for a standout race. Course was flat, it was not too crowded, and the cute surfboard medal doubles as a bottle opener :-).

    This organizer does a marathon and half in May and a 10- & 5-miler in October. I did the latter race last year. They're a good organizer. The views along… MORE

    This organizer does a marathon and half in May and a 10- & 5-miler in October. I did the latter race last year. They're a good organizer. The views along the longer course are even more beautiful, and some hills are added. Their medals are surf boards in different color schemes. LESS
