Stony Creek Back To The Beach Half Marathon, 10K and 5K

The Stony Creek Back To The Beach Half Marathon is a single 13.1 mile loop that starts and finishes at Eastwood Beach. Runners will find the course to be very scenic with a variety of running surfaces which include asphalt, runner friendly trail segments, dirt roads, boardwalks and city streets. 75 percent of the course is within Stony Creek Metro Park.

The 10k and 5k race are mostly on a scenic cross country trail, through the woods adjacent to Eastwood Beach, Southdale park areas and the Trolley trails.

By signing up today you will help our Detroit Chapter of Medals4Mettle, support many great children’s charities in our area and provide funds for trail improvements to make running, walking and biking more fun for everyone! We have a great team getting things ready to make your race day the BEST one ever! Look for lots of awesome volunteers who will be cheering you on around great courses and lot’s of SUN GUY bling for everyone! All race finishers do receive a custom SUN GUY finisher medal.
