Spring Memorial 5K, 10K & Half

Come enjoy the scenic routes at Lake Accotink at the Spring Memorial 5K, 10K & Half!

This is an out-and-back trail run on the south side of the lake for the 5k. The 10k is out-and-back on the north side for half the race, then does an out-and-back on the south side. The 10k will be mostly trail, but there is a good section of pavement as well along the route. The half is out 5 miles on the north side of the lake before returning back, where the runner come through the S/F line area at Mile 10 before heading out to do the 5k course. The half does have about 50% of the route on pavement.
