Spartan Stadion Nationals Park

Located in the historic Navy Yard district, Nationals Park is a race you don’t want to miss. Fans will love running where the professionals play ball and doing burpees in the heart of this world-class stadium. You might even grab a selfie with George Washington or Abraham Lincoln at the finish line!

Spartan Stadion is a 5km, 20 obstacle race through the world’s most famous pro sports stadiums. In this modern twist on an ancient Greek tradition, competitors race through every inch of the stadiums and get a unique behind-the-scenes look at where their favorite pro athletes play. Drawing on functional fitness training, the Stadion is a mud-free test of speed, strength and willpower that everyone from beginners to experts will enjoy.

This Stadion is part of the Spartan Honor Series. From its very beginning, Spartan has been dedicated to supporting those who motivate us, protect us, serve us – those who achieve more than anyone thinks they can. At Spartan, we believe our military, first responders and all those who put their lives on the line for us every day have shown us how to overcome any obstacle that stands in our way. They live Spartan daily. Race for something bigger than yourself with this unique experience to race alongside the military community. All finishers will receive a Spartan Honor Series Finisher Medal and T-shirt. We have cash prizes and free races for our top Elite finishers and the top 3 finishers in each Age Group will take home a unique medal.
