Space Coast Triathlon & Spaceman 5K

The Space Coast Triathlon is held in beautiful and Historic Cocoa Village. The quarter mile swim takes place in the Indian river and is followed by a 12 mile total out and back bike leg on Rockledge Drive. Complete the sprint triathlon with a five kilometer run on the beautiful and scenic Indian River Drive. Your finish line awaits with a red carpet welcome at Cocoa Riverfront Park.

The Space Man 5K coincides with the week of the anniversary of the Apollo 1 tragedy during which astronauts Gus Grissom, Ed White and Roger Chaffee perished while training for their upcoming mission.

The 5K is an out and back course held in historic Cocoa Village and entirely along the beautiful Indian River Lagoon. The race coincides with the Space Coast Triathlon and is limited to 200 total entrants.

All Space Man 5K entrants receive a race logo-branded tech shirt and race bib and an awesome race logo finisher’s medal + post-race amenities.

Because the Spaceman 5k coincides with the Space Coast Triathlon, the field of entrants will be limited to just 200 runners and has a 50 minute time limit.
