Sharon’s Ride Run Walk

Sharon’s Ride Run Walk is one of the largest epilepsy awareness events in the United States. The Epilepsy Foundation of San Diego County unites nearly 3,000 people annually at De Anza Cove to celebrate epilepsy outreach in the San Diego Community. Now in its eighteenth year, Sharon’s Ride was created to honor the memory of Sharon Rosenfeld, a nurse and teacher who worked to better the lives of individuals with epilepsy.

Join us at Sharon’s Ride and help us to build a strong community for the 50,000 individuals affected by epilepsy in San Diego County. Show your support by participating in a friendly 15 mile bike ride or 5k walk/run. Create or join a team to promote epilepsy awareness, champion for someone with epilepsy, or honor the memory of an individual. Together we can bring epilepsy out of the shadows!
