Run the Rapids 5K

Join us in-person along the beautiful Wisconsin River in Wisconsin Rapids for the Run the Rapids 5K. Enjoy a fast course and a lot of fun to raise awareness and funds for child abuse prevention and youth development. The event benefits the South Wood County Y and Wood County Human Services Department. See you there!

5K registration includes a long sleeve men’s or women’s fit event t-shirt. Please register by April 15th to guarantee a shirt. Shirts will be available while they last for those who register after the cutoff date.

Course
Enjoy one of the most popular race routes in Central Wisconsin along the beautiful Wisconsin River. Enjoy a paved winding trail and smooth roads.
