Bib pickup was at the zoo, so you had problems finding parking because the zoo was open to the public. Race shirt is cotton. Shuttle to the race was not smooth. Once we got off the shuttle we did not know where to walk, the bus driver didn’t know. It took us 8-10 minutes to get to the race start. We should have been drop off closer to the race. Racecourse did not have enough volunteers; at one point of the race, I did not know where to go. No markings on the open trial. Not enough water stops, post-race refreshments okay. This race was small for the half marathon, the 5k had a larger turn out.

Very simple course around the outside of the Zoo and along the Rio Grande. Shade most of the route. Narrow lanes due to being on the hike and bike trail. MORE
