Rock The Park Half Marathon, 10K & 5K

The entire Rock The Park Half Marathon course will be run on a wide paved path in a very scenic park. We will have a well stocked aid station at the start/finish area (pavilion). All participants will receive a generic tech shirt. All finishers will get a medal.

Half – 4 loops and an out-and-back. Runners will go out 1.55 miles and turn around and come back to the pavilion. You will do this 4 times and a short out-and-back which is .35 mile out and you will turn around and come back to the pavilion.

10K – 2 loops. Runners will go out 1.55 miles and turn around and come back to the pavilion. You will do this twice and your race is finished.

5K – 1 loop. Runners will go out 1.55 miles and turn around and come back to the pavilion and your race is finished.
