Pumpkins in the Park 5K

The Pumpkins in the Park 5K and Kid Spooky Sprints are headed back to Chicago’s historic Lincoln Park neighborhood! Enjoy a beautiful course running through the neighborhood while sporting your premium goodie bag.

Pumpkins in the Park is Chicago’s Official Halloween race for the whole family, produced in partnership with the Chicago Park District. We hold our races to the highest quality standards, from start to finish, course design and accuracy, emergency medical plans that exceed industry standards all in the name of your safety. Please note that although we’ll try our best to avoid it, the course and start time is subject to change.

Proceeds from the Pumpkins in the Park 5k go toward the Chicago Park District’s Night out in the Parks. Night out in the Parks provides world-class performances in Chicago’s neighborhood parks throughout the year. With over 1,000 events, from Movies in the Parks, to live concerts, festivals and theatrical shows, there’s something for everyone.
