    This was my second half marathon and until this Saturday it was still my PB! The prairie state makes for a very flat course, but the Historic Long Grove covered bridge is a nice touch for the course!

    This was a very nice, low stress race. For 50-staters not wanting to spend a ton of money on Chicago and just want something low key, this is a great option. The medal is kinda small, but it matches the price. The trails are of course beautiful, and actually very flat meaning this was actually a fairly easy race.
