Perfect Storm Challenge (fka Nut House Challenge)

Team R.E.D. is excited for the 5th annual Perfect Storm! (formerly know as the Minnesota Nut House Challenge).

Perfect Storm: You’ll be running a 10K on Saturday morning, a 5K on Saturday evening and a 1/2 Marathon on Sunday morning. Easy, right?

For those of you not up for the Perfect Storm you can choose the Thunder Storm: This challenge involves one day of racing. You’ll run a Saturday morning 10K and a Saturday evening 5K.

1 Mile Challenge: This challenge is three separate 1 mile runs that will take place 30 minutes before the 5K, 10K and 1/2 Marathon. This is a great opportunity to get a warm up before each race, and an additional medal for added bling!

For those of you that are not up for the 1 Mile, Head for the Basement or Perfect Storm Challenges, but would like to be part of the fantastic Perfect Storm atmosphere, you can choose to run any individual race of:

5K, 10K or 1/2 Marathon: These runners will receive an individual time for their race, a finisher medal and a t-shirt (if registered by June 24). Top 3 overall finishers in the 5K, 10K and Half-Marathon will receive prizes from select partners.
