Pasadena Triathlon

The Pasadena Triathlon, Duathlon and 5K returns at the Rose Bowl! This family-friendly event offers something for everyone. This event is great for new triathletes (lots of first timers), intermediate athletes (looking to get faster) and experienced triathletes (looking to gauge their fitness).

Race categories include:
– Reverse Triathlon: 5K Run, 15K Bike, 150 Meter Swim
– Duathlon: 5K Run, 15K Bike, 5K Run
– Angel 5K benefiting Angel City Sports: the course actually measures to a 5.3k which is just a smidgen over 3 miles. It’s mostly downhill though, so it doesn’t feel longer than a typical 5k. 
– Junior Triathlon (Kids 5-10 Years Old)
(7-10yrs) 1K run, 1.5 mi bike, 50 yd swim
(5-6 yrs) 1/2 mile run, 3/4 mi bike, 25 yd swim

The post race festival brings us all together and will feature:
– (non-alcoholic) Beer Garden hosted by Athletic Brew Co.
– Music, food, vendors
– Awards Ceremony
