Panther Prowl 5K & 10K

BE Strong Fitness & Yoga, with support of the Greater Monticello Foundation and our co-sponsor UnityPoint Health / Jones Regional Medical Center – Monticello, is hosting the 3rd annual Monticello Panther Prowl 5K & 10K, with all proceeds benefiting the Austin Smith Inclusive Playground.

The 5k and 10k races will begin and end at BE Strong Fitness & Yoga, heading out toward Stonebridge Road and returning back. The Kids Fun Run is approximately 1/2 mile and will begin at BE Strong Fitness and head west on John Drive. Each child who participates in the fun run will receive a prize.

Medals will be awarded to the top 3 male/female in each race and age category (8-12, 14-16, 17-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and up).
