NYCRUNS Spring Fling 5K & 10K

Here’s your chance to experience Governors Island before the crowds really begin to bloom! The course for the NYCRUNS Spring Fling 5K & 10K lets you explore the heart of the harbor from end to end. You’ll flip your lid over the stellar views of Lower Manhattan, New Jersey, the Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn, the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge, and more!

Entry to the NYCRUNS Spring Fling 5K & 10K includes a ferry ride, your race-entry, a nifty tech shirt, and post-race eats. We can’t imagine a better way to chase the winter blues away and ring in spring! The course is a whirlwind tour of Governors Island with amazing views! The 5K is one loop of the course; the 10K is two loops.
