Muddy Dash Seattle

Muddy Dash is a few miles of fun. You can expect about a dozen Muddy Moments where, in order to move on, you’ll need to run, walk, crawl, wade, slip, or slide. The Mud Experts will take you through the experience and you never know who you’ll encounter along the way. Mud pits won’t be any deeper than waist deep, so you don’t have to worry about actually swimming. Muddy Dash is all about having a good time; so you don’t have to worry about competition or timing. Costumes are always welcomed. From the moment you step off of the Start Line, until you cross the Finish, Muddy Dash will put a smile on the filthy faces of you and all of your muddy buddies.

All participants will receive a Muddy Dash event shirt, Muddy Dash finisher’s medal, Celebration Festival access, and muddy memories that will last forever.
