Moms on the Run 5K & 10K

The annual Moms on the Run 5K/10K and Kids Run is a great way to celebrate your summer training season. This race serves as the big summer finale for our Twin Cities Moms on the Run classes, and a destination event for our runners nationally! This year, the event will be held both in-person and virtually.

All women are welcome to join us! This event is fun for all and is not exclusive to members. Bring the whole family to enjoy the festivities: food trucks, music, face painting, crazy hair, sign-making and kids’ races!

Your entry includes chip timing, a women’s long-sleeved quarter zip pullover, finisher’s medal for the first 250 participants, and personalized bib.
