MGC Long Run

McAngus Goudelock & Courie is proud to bring the MGC Long Run 15k and 5k races back to Columbia. This road race began in 2014 in an effort to combine the firm’s wellness initiative with its community giving program. Over the past four years, the MGC Long Run has raised nearly $100,000 for nonprofits, including the USO South Carolina.

These courses highlight some of the most beloved and beautiful parts of Columbia. Runners will make their way through downtown and West Columbia, passing historical and cultural landmarks, the Vista and our beautiful rivers, all leading up to the finish in the heart of downtown Columbia.

MGC Long Run 15k takes runners through historic downtown Columbia, over into Cayce and West Columbia. This challenging course features hills, two bridges and great views.
