Marathon of the Cathedrals

The Marathon of the Cathedrals features a beautiful course from Barletta to Trani, Bisceglie, Molfetta to get to Giovinazzo, along the Adriatic coast, north of Bari.

The historic centers of Puglia 5 towns, with five of the most shining examples of Romanesque cathedrals of Puglia, featuring the architectural season between the eleventh and thirteenth centuries. The Marathon of the Cathedrals chose the snail as its symbol to indicate that it also runs with professionals.

What is the Marathon of the Cathedrals? It’s sport, culture, land, food and wine. It is not only a sports event, but above all the tourism in places that have a vocation to hospitality and reception.

The Marathon of the Cathedrals registration fee includes the following services:
– medical assistance;
– insurance;
– official medal of participation (for athletes classified at the finish line);
– official technical jersey of the event;
– race bib;
– rental of the chip for the detection of the race time;

– pacemaker service;
– refreshments and sponges along the way;
– final refreshment at arrival;
– coach transport service of athletes from the place of arrival to the departure point (only in the morning
before departure)
– bag deposit service with special container bag delivered by the organization;
