Imagine this…you are surrounded by awesome women all who have come together to support and encourage each other for the run or walk. The grounds are lit up magically and the music is pumping. You can visit the booths of the women run businesses, and prep for the event with hair braiding, glow body painting, glow nail polish, hair chalk…you get the picture! Get ready to go and then celebrate at the finish with tacos, margaritas and more!
The Luna Run 5K will take place on FRIDAY AT DUSK on the Spring Hill grounds in South Berwick Maine. Run/walk your event and celebrate at the finish with tacos and margaritas at the best post race party in the area! Spring Hill is home to the Pumpkinman Triathlon and Running Festival and Rick’s Run 5k. The grounds are lit up and you are all running or walking your race…encouragement abounds, and you are completing the goal you set out for yourself!

Such a fun race! Music, glitter, glow sticks, great finisher medals, and a taco dinner to boot! It poured rain this year but cleared up maybe 20 minutes before the race. The double rainbow made up for the soggy shoes! While a muddy run is always an adventure, I would recommend wearing shoes with a good tread if there’s a chance that the ground will be wet, as the course is pretty hilly. This race was family-friendly as well, so bring your daughters and your nieces out for a fun girl’s night! Who doesn’t love a sunset run?
