The Long Creek 60k/30k explores all 9 scenic trails of First Landing State Park. The course runs through maritime forests, cypress swamps, salt marsh, and bay shoreline. In some spots, the trail runs along the beach of Broad Bay. The run offers spectacular views of the water and the surrounding habitats. 60k registrants will receive a Patagonia shirt and a Boco hat. 30k registrants will receive a Patagonia shirt. All finishers under the time limit will receive a custom finisher award and a New Realm Crowler. 60k has a 10 hour time limit, 30k a 6 hour limit.
The course begins/finishes at the boat ramp side of the Narrows Trail. It runs along Long Creek, White Hill Lake, Cape Henry, Kingfisher, Fox Run, High Dune, Bald Cypress, Osmanthus, and Osprey Trails.
There will be 4 aid stations; intersections of Long Creek/64th, Cape Henry/King Fischer, and Cape Henry/Bald Cypress (1 gong into Osmanthus, 1 coming out of Osmanthus). Aid stations will have Tailwind, water, soda, gels, pickles, pickle juice, and various foods. This is a cupless race. Cups will not be provided at aid stations. Each entrant will receive a 200ml Collapsible SpeedCup at packet pickup. 60k consists of 2 loops of the course while the 30k is 1 loop.

Aid stations were well stocked and volunteers ready to assist.
