Joggin’ for Frogmen 5K Pittsburgh

Inspired by US Navy SEALs (Frogmen), the Joggin’ for Frogmen 5k is a fun, family-friendly event with the wholehearted purpose of raising needed funds to honor the sacrifices of our Naval Special Warfare service members and veterans, and to support the families of our fallen heroes through the incredible work of the Travis Manion Foundation. Each year, this race continues to bring out the best in our community, and we are so looking forward to seeing each of you!

All Participants Will Receive:
5k: All 5k finishers will receive a JFF medal.

Tadpole Trot: All kids who register and complete the Tadpole Trot will receive a JFF t-shirt and a Tadpole Trot finisher medal.

GORUCK Participants: GORUCK virtual participants will receive a 5k medal, shirt and a custom JFF patch.
