The Jersey Girl Triathlon is the premier women’s only event at the Jersey Shore.
Start off with a dip into the Sandy Hook Bay (no waves), with spectators cheering for you. Take in the salty air and beautiful blue skies of the famous Jersey Shore before surfacing onto the soft sand and running in beautiful Sandy Hook National Park. Suit up for the smooth, flat bike course that will carry you up and down scenic Gateway National Recreation Area.
Finish up your bike loop, lace up your shoes, and get started on the run course that brings you through some of the back roads along Sandy Hook Bay.
Sprint your way to the finish line in front of the stage to hear your name announced and the crowds cheer for you. Stick around after the race to soak up the sun and check out everything the Jersey Shore has to offer.
Every competitor will receive a custom Jersey Girl Triathlon medal and the best triathlon experience of their lives!
