At the home of the Oceania TriClub Championship, you’ll experience a truly unique swim in the calm waters of Hastings river, a spectacular ride alongside the Pacific Ocean and a high-energy run in the heart of Port Macquarie, with crowds cheering you all the way to the line.

ROKA Swim Course
3.8km swim – A rolling swim 1 lap course in the Hastings River between mainland & Pelican Island. A unique feature to this year’s course is the crossing of a weir, approximately 1.7km (outbound) and 2.5km (inbound) into the swim course.

Ventum Bike Course
180km – 2 lap course heading south from Port Macquarie taking in amazing coastal scenery on Pacific & Ocean Drives to Camden Haven & return.

HOKA One One Run Course
42.2km – 4 lap course first heading east to pass along the iconic rock wall before heading north to Settlement Point and finishing in the historic Town Green Precinct of Port Macquarie.
