Hot Pursuit 5K

The Goose Creek Police Department is hosting its annual 5K fun run/walk themed “Hot Pursuit.”

Prizes will also be awarded to the top three male and female finishers in each age group and prizes will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers overall and the first 300 runners to finish the event will get a finishers medal! There are additional elements to this race that will make it like no other in the tri-county area!

Awards given to the top three male and female finishers overall. Awards given to the top three male and female finishers for the following age groups: <15, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+

The race will begin at 8:00 am and will start at the Goose Creek Municipal Center. The race will use paved hiker/biker trails and paved roadways before returning to the municipal center.

Proceeds will go toward a Goose Creek Police Department sponsored event, “Shop with a Badge.” This event allows police officers to go Christmas shopping with low country children in need.
