Hippie Trail Half Marathon

Get your running groove on at Blake Island State Park at the Hippie Trail Half Marathon and Lazy Half 8-Miler! Run the trails throughout historic and scenic Blake Island Marine State Park.

Boarding begins at Pier 55 Argosy Cruises. Please arrive on time as the boat will leave promptly at 6:30 am. Argosy Cruises would like everyone on board by 6:20 AM. THE BOAT WILL LEAVE AT 6:30 AM. IT WILL NOT WAIT IF YOU ARE LATE. THIS IS THE ONLY GUARANTEED TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE RACE. THE BOAT IS FOR REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS ONLY AND A NAME AND ID CHECK IS REQUIRED BEFORE BOARDING. YOU MAY NOT BRING FRIENDS AND/OR FAMILY ON BOARD WITH YOU UNLESS THEY ARE REGISTERED FOR THE RACE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF YOU MISS THE BOAT.

Blake Island State Park does not take reservations for the marina or campsites. They are first come, first serve. If you plan on your own transportation for you or your party, there is no guarantee that you will find an open boat slip on the island. Please contact Blake Island State Park for any questions you may have related to the marina or campgrounds.
