Greater Kansas City Women’s Half Marathon & 5K

The Greater Kansas City Women’s Half Marathon and 5K, will be the “Ultimate Girl’s Running Weekend” for you and your girlfriends! The event will start and finish from the wonderful community of Lee’s Summit, Missouri just 10 miles from downtown Kansas City.

Each Women’s Half Marathon and 5K produced by Premier Event Management in conjunction with Hy-Vee will now offer an exciting youth event in each market. The Hy-Vee KidsFit One Mile Fun Run will start and finish from our main finish line structure making the KidsFit event something extra special on race morning. Children from ages 5 to 15 are encouraged to join mom and a few dads on race morning to begin a life long lifestyle change at the Hy-Vee KidsFit One Mile Fun Run!
