Welcome to the beautiful lakeside community of Cassadaga, NY. Just off of I-90, one hour south of Buffalo, NY and 1 hour north of Erie, PA.
A NO FRILLS ultra-running event, in its fourth year, for those of you that just LOVE to run! And, it’s 100% a fundraiser event. All proceeds will go to the Chautauqua County Fire Police.
The Lower Lake in Cassadaga hosts a perfectly distanced 5K loop and this event will have you run or walk one to ten loops, depending on what you feel that day.
NO CUT OFF TIMES.
4 LEGGED RUNNERS CATEGORY too. Yep, you read that correctly. We welcome you to bring your dog(s) to run around the lake with you. They must be registered participants and we will give a prize to the doggy that does the most laps. Please register them separately when registering yourself. Dogs must be on a leash the entire time they are at the race site and on the course. YOU MUST BRING BAGS TO CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR ANIMALS AND DISPOSE OF PROPERLY.
When we say NO FRILLS, we mean it! No medals, no t-shirts.(Unless some amazing sponsor wants to step in and provide…hint, hint)
This is solely a fundraiser and ALL of the proceeds will be donated to the Chautauqua County Fire Police.
