The McFarlan Rowlands Half Marathon certified 21.1k course starts downtown, flows through the University of Western Ontario, the Old North residential district and then back downtown via Richmond Street and the Park System. The Half-Marathon finishes at Victoria Park in the heart of downtown London.

The single loop Forest City 10k course follows much of the same route as the Half-Marathon, which includes a downtown start and running through the University of Western Ontario and the park system. Bicycle “pacers” & in-line skates are not allowed, and stereo headphones are not recommended. Walkers are welcome in these events, but because we do not have judges for race-walking, no awards will be given for walking.

The 5k course is a fast downtown loop. This race has a chip-timed start & finish. Walkers are welcome in these events, but because we do not have judges for racewalking, no awards will be given for walking.
