Join this November in the Heart of Texas to Celebrate, Honor, and Remember First Responders from all across our country. A beautiful, flat course of 13.1 miles, the race starts and finishes at Waco’s Number One Fire Station. Run through the bay doors and finish through them too, with fire trucks and other first responder vehicles lining the start and finish. Your finisher medal this year is a flashing sheriffs car, honoring local legend Sheriff Parnell McNamara who starts the race every year with a BANG.
The half marathon course is flat and fast, an out and back in the country roads with the fall leaves in full color.
